Day #66 Where’s the Job?

So here it is Day#66, 24 days to go in this personal challenge of mine. I think it’s time to take stock again of where I am in this process.

First, I have continued writing daily through thick and thin, for this blog, no matter what life has thrown at me.

Self discipline. Check

Motivation. Check

Variety of Writing topics. Check

Focus and commitment. Check

Secondly, I have spoken to a wonderful Job Coach who gave me great ideas to expand my resume to tell the story of who I am and what I have done.

Working on it. Check

Thirdly, I have reached out to everyone on my list that may know someone who could assist me in getting my resume seen by the right people.

Made calls. Check

Written emails. Check

Followed up. Check

Lastly, I have scoured my job alerts, sent resumes to some postings and looked for sites other than Indeed, Glass Door and ZipRecruiter. I have continued to be picky and stick to what I really want to do. I read constantly about how others do and find the sort of position I want.

I keep adding to my search. Check

I won’t give up. Check
